PVR Error/Crash - 9600XT AIW

I'm getting this error when I'm recording a TV show and I've tried all of the suggested fixes. All drivers are the latest for all components, and I've loaded up SP2- no diffrerence.

Here's the error:

Vid card: ATI 9600XT All In Wonder
P4 Prescott 3.2; not overclocked
4 x 512MB DDR PC3500 - Mushkin Level One
Gigabyte 8GXNP Ultra 64 mobo

seems there might be something wrong with your ram... try and lowering the timings, running memtest, or trying some different sticks.
