putting old stuff in new case

ok, so basically ive got this HP Pavilion a320n that i have had for about 2 1/2 years and ive upgraded it a bit, (new video card, ram, sound card), and i have always wanted to give it a new house to live in. the case that my hp came in has no intake or exaust, so it basically has no airflow in the case whatsoever.. so what i want to do is get a sweet new case that i can just transfer all the stuff from my old case to the new one..the problem im having is that im not sure if the motherboard is compatible with a new case.. my freind said that it may not work.. so if someone could clear this up for me that would be greatly appreciated

oh and it if matters at all this is the case i am planning on getting

well, do you know what form factor the motherboard complies with?
 
It's mini ATX..It will fit in that new case, just look very small :)

I've done it with an emachines..
