That's from worst to best performance wise.

I couldnt find one on newegg, but I didnt look to hard.

They have X850XT's in PCIe but they are around $450.

They are, but they are extremely hard to find, the best bet there is to go with the X850XT, which is much easier to find.

they have a pcie x850xt at the compusa right by my house
