How far could i push my 2500+ with pc 2700 ram, with pc 3200 ram?
and wut are my max temps i should stay under, also what mobo do you guys recommend for this
 
Depends on

1. How high a voltage your mother board supports in the bios. (DFI Lan Party II is best mobo for this processor)

2. How good of a cooler do you have (Zalman 7000c-au would be fine, I have one for sale actually)

If the answer to both of those questions is right, then you can get 2.4ghz out of it, maybe more maybe less.

Max temps is a trivial questoin, because the cooler the processor runs, the higher it will overclock. I got 40c with that cooler on a 3200+ @ 2.52ghz idle, 44c load. Anything over 47c will inhibit performance. Anything under 60c and the proc will not be damaged.
 
Anything over -100 is going to inhibit performance, and and according to AMD an "Athlon XP" processor is safe up to 85. I see no other data for mobiles.
 
every athlon-xp i have used starts to make errors at about 60C leaning twards higher not lower

mobiles are just ellite versions of athlon-xp's
 
I have a XP-M 2400+ and I am at 2.5ghz right now with 208x12. These chips are really good oc'ers. The following are my specs:

xp-m 2400+@208x12
Abit NF7-S rev.2 @ 1.83vcore actual (maybe 1.85 in bios)
Scythe Kamakaze 2 HS

I recommend upping the FSB to about 180 and set the multiplier to 8 and then try to increase by 5mhz to see if you can boot into windows. After you've reached a point where the FSB won't go any higher regardless of voltage or dividers, try to increase the multi by .5 at a time.
