"Push" software out with Novell Zenworks

We have Novell Netware and Zenworks. I am used to Active Directory and SMS so I am learning how Novell does things. I am still clueless as to how you can "push" out software with Zenworks. Can anyone explain this to me before I rip my hair out? Thanks!

The important thing to remember is that with Zenworks, you are "distributing" the software. Not running. That run tab is worthless unless you are specifically running the app from it's location each and every time the user double clicks on it.

Once you have your package set to go ( this depends on the package type ), then you need to setup a pre-dist schedule. I usually do from today to 5 years from now and let it rip.

When it works, it works wonderfully. But when it fails ( which it is wont to do ), it goes down in a smoking wreck. Have fun!
