We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Does having a lot of subscriptions slow down anything on the forum? I have like 2300. I use them, but if you made a "purge subscriptions that haven't been bumped in a year" button I would use it to reduce them.

I have 1.5k, I guess it wouldn't create much of a DB load having them.

You guys make me looks small, only 517 (now 518). I have not felt any slow days from when I started on these forums, other than when maintenance is going on. I am sure the guys here worked in how the handle the load.

I'm under 1,000 myself, but that's because for my first two and a half years I didn't have auto-subscribe on.

In the grand scheme of things, no....it won't affect the forum speed or stability. On the flip side, it never hurts to clean out space either ;)

Thats wierd. I purged my old subscriptions yesterday and I saw this thread today. :p
I'm down to like 60 now. It took a while, but I don't have 1k+ posts yet.
