My budget is max $200 usd.

Here's my specs:

E8500 Core 2 Duo at 3.16 ghz
Corsair 620 Watt CPU
Sapphire Radeon 4850 HD

I run at 1920 x 1200. (Single monitor)

My goal is to run games like Skyrim, Witcher 2 and maybe even SWTOR at 1920 x 1200 at around 60+fps average with medium settings. I know my CPU is a huge bottle neck but I can't upgrade my CPU right now, and I'm looking to hang on for another year or so.

Also I have a unique problem in that I'm running an MATX case, here's a pic of the card I have now: http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/9412/4850y.jpg

I'm looking at getting this: SAPPHIRE HD 6870 at $179.99 or an EVGA card like the GTX 560. It's a little bit more than what I want to spend, but I'm worried about the size is all.

What do you guys think?
