I currently have a Sony SDM-HX73B with a 16ms refresh rate. I've been looking to get a new LCD for about 3 months and nothing has really stood out to me except for the new Sony XBRITE 19" LCD with HDTV support (not going to get LCD/TV). I also hear many great things about the the Dell monitors (ex: 2005FPW). I like watching movies and playing games quite often. I'm looking to spend no more than $700 on an LCD. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks

This month or next ViewSonic will have their 4ms sets on the market. Might want to take a look at those.
