Purchased/ low cost pci-E graphics card

Looking for a low cost card, something like a 710 maybe. Going to be running HDMI or DVI to a second monitor, no gaming, just video and web content. REALLY want something lower powered that doesn't need a power connector. Will be on Win10 system, pci-e.

I've got a GT 430. HDMI and DVI out. Only downside is there is no retention bracket, its a low profile card and I am using it as a physx card. No issues with card. PM me if interested. I think its a 1GB mem card.
