After a long debate with my self I've decided on the bulk of my watercooling system, it's mostly innovatek to keep things simple & no changes in ID or OD. To list it is this:
Konvekt-O-Matic maxi
Konvekt-O-Matic booster kit (maybe)
Tank-O-Matic micro
Graph-O-Matic (45 deg connection)
First off, is the Switctec MCP-350/DangerDen DCC-12v pump suitable for this kind of setup or should I be looking at something different? I would like to use this pump for several reasons but mainly it allows me to use an on-pump a reservoir meaning that only the radiator is external, also is there any point using 2 of them one after the rag going into the CPU block and another after the GPU block before the rad?
Assuming I'm getting the MCP-350, which of the innovotek blocks would be the best, This is to go in a SilverStone SG01 and that's got limited clearance above the CPU so the i-cool style & V6 blocks are out, this leaves the flatflow and X-flow series. From what I can tell the flatflows are low-resistance blocks and the X-flows are high-resistance. This is where I get confused, as people tell me in a low-flow system I should use a low-restriction block not to slow down the water flow too much, however the MCP-350 is a high-pressure pump, which would mean that the X-flow series wouldn't challenge it to much?
