Can putting a watercooling pump (d5) on a dvd burner kill the burner?

i was thinking of moving my burner up 1 slot, but the pump was there. I was think that because maybe the magnet inside the pump can cause damage to the drive.

Am i right or is it ok to put the pump on the drive?

A pump cannot damage a harddrive much less a disk drive. The most damaging thing (if the pump is actually resting on it) would be the vibrations. Have no fears of magnetic interference.
