Pump OD size

I have the same pump, but from Swiftech.
The actual OD of the Inlet and Outlet is 5/8", but you'll want to use 1/2" ID tubing to go over it to make sure you get a tight fit.
Just warm up the end of the tube in hot water and slip it on there. It's not too hard.
Anything smaller than 1/2" ID tube will be a bitch to put on or just plain impossible.
