how do i mount a pump into the CD-rom rack??? im gonna do a watercooling setup, in a pc71 case..im gonna put 2 cd-roms in and a fanbus...then a 2.5" rad+ a 120mm fan....so that gives you an idea of what kinda room i have... please lmk how i could mount my pump into the case on/above the cd-roms... iwas thinking maybe taking a OLD cdrom apart and taking the bottom tray, and then i could screw it on, and bolt the cd-rom on...lmk if that would work....

Your mounting plan would work pretty well. You could also try double sided tape. The advantage with double sided tape is that it can absorb some vibration from the pump.

well i figure i will put some sort of insulation inbetween the pump and cd-rom holder... tape would be good, ya, but i like to make sure my things are IN THERE...with tape, im not sure how sturdy it would be...im lookin around, and ppl have some spare cd-roms hat i can get for the price of shipping, that might be cool if it works!

use bolts to bolt it down but put rubber grommets between the surface/pump and the bolt head/pump to negate any vibrations.
