well heres the issue, i bought a 12v pump and im thinking that when the comp turns off the pumop turns off so that the water stops flowing. Well then wont the remaining heat on the waterbolck stay there?? and is there a way i can make the pump run for maby like 1min after the computer is turned off?

Nah, it's not an issue... All it will do is take any remaining heat from the processor, which is going to be very little since it's not running at that point.

What I did with my 2 systems is connect both the external boxes to a modded PSU and let them run for a few minutes after I shut the computers down. I really don't think it's really needed, but I had a extra PSU with a bad 3.3 rail so I figured what the heck.................

It isn't an issue, because as the computer is shutting down the processor isn't under load and therefore producing little heat. The small bit of heat that is left over wont damage your cpu either because it will be absorbed by the waterblock and then into the water and eventually dissipate naturally if left sit long enough.

alright thanks, just wanted to mkae sure, i probobly wont even turn my computer off ever, the one i have now only gets turned off when i have to restart or some other bad reason, never any other time :D
