My girlfriend backpacked Europe for 4 months, and took some pretty good pictures. She was curious if she could publish/sell some of her photography.

Whats the first step to take wiht that?
 
Hse maybe able to but, it is usually difficult. She might try writing a story about the hike and, getting it in Backpacker or, a simular genre magazine. Of course providing pics for the story. Not sue what they pay if they use it.
