I've always wanted a power supply with detachable cables so the unused lines wouldn't clutter the inside of my case.

You may be interested to know that Antec offers a similar feature on its Neowin line of power supplies, and that all the major manufacturers will eventually follow suit. Detachable power cables has been a long overdue feature on mainstream power supplies; meanwhile, hotswap supplies have used them for years.
I suggest waiting for some power supplies from more reputable manufacturers start coming out. Remember that a power supply's number one job is to provide adequate, clean, reliable power.
