I have an enermax 535 watt psu with two 12V rails that each output 18 amps. The BFG 7800GS from newegg needs 20 amps. Will I be fine with this psu?

I have an amd64 overclocked from 2Ghz to 2.2Ghz, one 160 gig hd, one 60 gig hd, and one 8 gig hd. I also have one cd writer/dvd reader drive, floppy drive, two 120mm fans, and three 80 mm fans that have blue LEDs. I have an ASUS A8V Deluxe Motherboard.

Will the enermax adjust the amps on each 12V rail? I mean if one 12V rails pulls 20 amps, then will it take the 2 amps extra from the other 12V rail? Will my psu work properly with my system?

Yes it will be fine. The 20 amp is a total system 12v amperage guideline.
