PSU wattage question about SLI

Hey, I have a OCZ GameXStream Power Supply (NVIDIA SLI-Ready) that is 850W. It is currently powering a 260gtx maxcore 55 oc. This PSU came with two 6 pin pcie connectors which are currently being used by the vid card. I am getting a second card that will require 2 more of those 6 pins and my PSU does not have this. I am aware I can buy adapters to cure this though so here is my question:

I can go from a straight 4 pin to a 6 pin or do I need to use the two 4 pins to one 6 pin adapters? I would prefer to use one 4 pin to 6 pin if I could. Here are the PSU's specs: http://www.ocztechnology.com/drivers/GameXstream_850W_chart.jpg

Plz let me know. I was reading something about needing 22a on the 12v rails. Once again, any knowledge and suggestions will help utterly. Got about week til the new card.

Usually the card will come with an appropriate adapter. It's best to avoid adapters, but when you run two cards it's prob hard to avoid doing so.

22a on 12v rails means... Say you have 4 12V rails, two at 22A and two at 36A, with a maximum wattage of 780W for all rails. Really all you do is divide 780W/12V = 65A. You do not add the rails up.

You might be able to find a single molex to 6-pin adapter, but that would not be a good idea to use. You should use a two-molex to 6-pin adapter if anything.
