PSU, ticking noise

About 6 months ago I got my Antec PSU back from RMA, apparently there was a screw that dropped into the housing and fried something. It's been working great after the RMA, now, as of 2 or 3 days ago I am now hearing ticking. It feels like it might be the fan dying on the PSU but I'm not sure.

Is there anyway to fix this myself or does Antec cover fan issues with the PSU in its RMA?
