PSU Suggestion

I looking for a sub 70 dollar PSU for a new system I'm thinking of building. Here are the specs of the system straight from Newegg:

Again, like in the other thread, why? You can get a way better choice than that basic Enhance.

Are you going to be using this in an mATX case?

My other thread was a Enermax Noisetaker and both the Noisetaker and the Enhance I posted are very good, I don't see a reason to buy a $70, 450W PSU if your only going to use 200W of it at peak loads.
