I know its a bad thing, capacitor about ready to blow up? Im not to sure.

Its an Antec 450w Smartpower... its about 8 months old. Im not having any stability issues... Im just wanting confirmation that it is definitly a bad thing... haha.

Oh you said PSU not pig, my mistake.:p :D

If a PSU makes ANY noise (besides the fan, duh), RMA it before it eats your whole rig.
 
think it could be capacitor, if not maybe one of those copper coils vibrating. That can be fixed with some hot glue if you don't want to RMA...
