What are the most important aspects to look for when chosing a PSU? Stability, reliability, output power, features or cost.

My last one blew a fuse so I want to make sure I dont make the same mistake twice.

PC Power and Cooling seems to do well in reviews. But Antec seems to be most peoples choice.

How do i know how much power I need?

just make sure you have enough wattage, and the would want the voltages to deviate as little as possible +/- 5% is good, the antec TRUE series holds the rails to 3%+/-, the true380w should be fine for you, maybe even the 430 if you want extra W, the antec true series have dropped in price lately, check out newegg.com
