PSU/SLI question maybe issue?

ducked out of OS to ask this real quick so sorry if i didnt search first.

In my rig see below in sig, i just recieved my second 6800GT at a NICE price...
i have a 480w Neo (non HE). Now i have enough watts (needed 440ish, it has 480)
however i read that 35A is needed to run a SLI rig with that i have and the NEO has 33A.
What troubles if any am i going to have or those who have somehting simular are you having issues? I really do not have the cash to buy a new PSU since i just this one not to long ago...
