PSU requirements

At stock settings? probably a good quality 380W is all you need.

If you're going to pay $60 for 380W of power... you might as well:

FSP AX-400 or 450 -$40-50
Corsair 450VX/550VX -$70/80
FSP Blue Storm II -$80

Prices vary a little, depending on where you get it.
 
Get a high rated efficiency PSU. You may need more than that under load, I'd not get less than what I have; 500. I found a PSU calculator (here and added up all my components (see sig) and under load I needed 480;

So that PSU BETTER DELIVER EFFICIENTLY, and skimping on cost is not a good way to get a high quality psu. Just get the one I have if you want, I'll guarantee it's quiet, efficient, and I've had no problems with a bigger sys. than you're building.

I'd get a Seasonic over any FSP. The Corsair VX450 is Seasonic, but the VX550 is CWT (higher end CWT than XClio's, I believe). But he was askin for wattage, and I gave him wattage, lol.

Its not really about the total wattage, but where that power is delivered. Most of the modern system draws from the +12V rail(s), so you have to make sure you have enough amperage available on all of the +12V rails combined. Oh, and you can't just add the numbers together... check out the jonnyguru link I posted above to find out why.
