Ok, I have to order a new PSU tomorrow. (Monday) I have been looking at several different PSU and I am still undecided. What I am looking for is

Quality. Not necessarily top of the line but good.

Future proofing as much as possible. Right now I would only need ~450 to ~550 watts max (Athlon X2 overclocked, couple HD, and one 8800GTX.) But I would like to take this to my next system. I may run SLI or crossfire an a quad core CPU (overclocked).

Modular would be nice if the premium is not too much.

Warranty / longevity. I am still looking at the BFG ES-800 for the lifetime warranty. I am still a little gun shy after my last experience with BFG technical support. But I have been told by several trusted people that this was not the rule. I want something that will last.

I am willing to spend a little here but I am usually a cheap bastard. However I tend to be cheap in the best overall value, not so much price.

Here is what I have been looking at but please fill free to suggest anything.

BFG Tech ES-800 (170 dollars)
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX (120 AR)
OCZ ProXStream 1000W (99 dollars AR)
XIGMATEK MC NRP-MC751 750W (150 dollars)
Rosewill RX850-S-B (120 dollars)

Any advice is appreciated.
