Anyone knows how to use/convert a standard ATX PSU for a dell dimension 8100, my psu just blew up.

you shouldn't have to unless your dell is AT form factor.

I don't think it probably is so all you should have to do is replace it straight up with another ATX power supply
 
Dell uses an ATX style psu but it has a propriety ATX connector. You can order a new PSU from dell or PCP&C.
