Im looking at the Antec Neo Power 480 or the TruePower 550W. Youthink i need one of those or is my PSU holding up fine??

Yea MBM5 isnt the best, but it was to just get some readings quick. In the BIOS the values are bit higher then i got from MBM5. My PSU is Antec Truepower 430Watt. Im kinda wondering if thats enough for everything. If it is my PSU which one you guys suggest? Thanks
