Well, I bought some rounded cables and a sleeving kit to clean up the inside of my computer a bit. I sleeved all the wires, tested them out, worked fine, got everything back in right, and so i go to the atx connector, sleeve it, have a hell of a time putting all those wires in correctly, finally do it, get everything back together. I then test it out with just the mobo connected to make sure it works. works fine. I put everything back together, hook everything up, start up the computer, and crap, i forgot to plug in the fans, I turn off the comp, plug them in, try turning it back on but it wont start, it wont even try. The mobo light says it is getting power, but nothing will turn on. Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem? All the wires are plugged in correctly.

try unplugging the power cable from the back of the PSU and hold down the power button on the computer for a few seconds. Go get a coke or something, come back, plug back in the PSU and try it then.
