PSU Overload?

I am almost possitive I am fine, but thought I would run it by some of you more experienced gurus. My setup is as follows...

Abit IC7-Max3 w/ OTES Cooling
P4 3.0Ghz HT OCed 3.4 GHz
Zalman CNPS7000-AlCu HSF
ATi 9800 Pro (stock GPU/MEM speed)
PCI TV Tuner Card
2 USB Devices
2 SATA Maxtor 80GB drives
1 CD Rom
5 Case fans: 2 Front (molex) 2 Back (1 Molex, 1 Onboard AUX) 1 Side (Onboard AUX)

Now my question is, I have a Antec 350 Watt True Blue, Dual Fan Power Supply. Should I have any concern of overloading my PSU? I modded a custom VGA cooler and am going to need to 2 more Molex connections for 2 80mm fans. The PSU has enough connection to serve all of the devices, but just wondering about heat/overload issues.

Thanks

I've thought about removing one of the front fans, and leaving the other one because it blows accross the hard drives. Is 2 case fans in the front really doing much, besides adding more noise?

ya, bringing in cool air. yor deffinatly fine, seeing as your running a high quolity psu, and the fans are only about 14 watts,

Thanks man. Thats what I thought, but a little double checking never hurts. Now to OC my vid card to the max.

damn, you got a lot of those case fans. dont put anymore fans in there. or any hard drives.

I gave the VGA custom cooler to my buddy and decided to shove some Artic 5 on the stock 9800 pro HSF. The side fan on my case helps cool it a little. I just wish I could get a temp diode or video card temp software to see where its at. Anyone know of a program that reads 9800 pros, or if its even possible?

Overdrives are for XTs only, and I don't really feel like flashing my card to an XT ATM.

14 watt case fan! wow, thats amazing, seeing as one of the most power hungry fans, Vantec Tornado 92mm, is only 12.4   Case fans are mostly negligable when calculating power consumption.

You're fine. I'm running an Athlon 1GHz, 2 HDs, CDROM, 3 80mm, 1 120mm, and dual 12" cathodes on my little 250W generic. If the hard drives don't kick offline, you're in good shape, because those will be the first to feel the effects.

i ment combined(hence fanS, most led fans are only about 2 watts, 2*7=14
