PSU or mobo died?

One month old system (system specs: AMD 64 3500+, Asus A8V (ver. 2) K8T800, Corsair Twin-X 1024-3200C2PT, evga 6800gt, Audigy 2ZS, Lite-On DVD-RW and DVD-ROM, Seagate Barracuda 200gb 7200rpm). Just installed an Ultra X-Connect two days ago. Computer just shut down while idling last night, no CTD, no blue screen, just turned off.

How can I tell if it is the PSU that died or the mobo went bad?
 
i'm assuming you checked all of the connections. and i'm assuming that you tried to turn it back on..and i'm assuming that you didnt have it in a sleep/hibernation setting
