Make sure you put all the wires (that includes all the black ones that look the same) back where they came from

It's just wire... As everyone is telling you, MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE WIRE GOES BACK TO THE SAME POSITION... Just number the wires with some tape and a pen and double check it... Then make sure they end up in the same position on the connector when you are done... Did you already get a set of replacement pins for the it? If so, just go to it... Heck while you are at it, just replace the ATX connectors with matching colored ones and do one wire at a time. That way you cant fail...
