I just got my HX-520 in the mail today, and i noticed that the 8th pin on the top row of the 20+4 connector had no wire leading to it, and no metal pin inside the plastic sleeve. Is this normal or is there a problem with my PSU?

Edit: The power supplies 101 sticky identified the pin as a -5V.
