PSU LED Fan Blinking

I just can't get this build to work!

Now, the PSU's blue LED fan is blinking...

And I got no video.

The GPU fan spins when the GPU only gets power from the slot.

When it gets power from the 6+8-pin, its fan does not spin.

Other than that, all the fans are spinning and everything seems fine.

But again, no video and the damn LED is blinking!

Oh, and I switched the PSU to another one.. and its fan is blinking too!
