PSU Just barely enough?

Since the recent string of antec 550's crapping out on SLI systems, I'm rethinking my choice on PSUs. The Ennermax EG565P-VE 535w PSU is about the same price, except down 15 watts. I'm not running extremely power hungry GPUs, but my concern is my two HDDs and the DVD drive and dvd burner will throw things overboard. These are going to be my spec

1x AMD64 x2 3800+
2x Asus 7600GT
1x SATA 80 GB Seagate HDD
1x 120GB Western Digital IDE (72k rpm I think)
1x Toshiba DVD Drive
1x LG Dual Layered DVD burner
1x Headphones drawing power from USB
Then mouse, webcam setup is the only think else pulling power from the system. I'm thinking 535 should be enough headroom for some gaming, and still maybe have a little room to overclock. Am I correct to believe this? Or should I be looking to fork out more money for a PSU?

Where's the info that says the TPII-550s have been crapping out? Because I haven't heard of it...

Two 7600GTs are pretty low-draw.

sadly, I can't get a pc&p at the local store. OCZ, Silverstone, Antec, and Ennermax are the name of the game there. That and thermaltake.

Well, not crapping out literally :) But theres been complains of Antecs being unstable and generally of low quality and undeserving of the SLI rating. There's some talk about it on the video card forum.

So, am I good with this this power supply? Or should I find a 550w?

I've read some good things about Ennermax, and I'm quite secure on the brand and quality. I'm kidna sad that antec slid, my 350w psu that came with my LANBoy case has never given me a single issue. I'm just worried with my two optical drives and my two hard drives will throw my PSU over and give me problems, especially since I'm using two 7600s. I know they are low power draws, but I know 500 was cutting things a bit too close.

So the big question stands now is, is 535w PSU enough for my rig?

If a PC Power & Cooling is not availible, then go with an Enermax. They are the #2 choice in my book. :)
