Okay, I will be ordering my PSU today, and need some quick answers. Well I need a new PSU for my new system I will be building. I would like modular and IT WILL BE USED WITH HEAVY OVERCLOCKING and will power this rig:

DFI lan pary nf4 ultra
2GB(2x1GB)Crucial ram
Opteron 165 dual core(heavily overclocked)
7800GT(eventually 512MB GTX)
Segate barracuda 120GB
Lots of UV's and fans

Okay well Please reccomend me the best PSU for under $150. I have heard that the Enermax liberty is the absoulte best modular for the price, is this the best bet?
