PSU help for old AMD build

Was planning on using an old PSU I had but it's making weird noises so need to get a new one.

It's a old AMD 2k t-bred computer, 3-4 case fans + cpu fan... HDD + DVD drive... Vid Card doesn't need psu connection...

I'm guessing 350-400W should be good enough right? regular atx PSU?

Need a cheap PSU ($10-$20 range) preferably shipped.

Anything I should check on newegg or look out for on the FS section?
 
Look for a FSP at Newegg, you should be able to find a nicely priced lower wattage unit for around $30. While it's not in the $10 - $20 price range it will still be cheap and will be very reliable. FSP/ Sparkle make great low end units that are built to last and typically under-rated wattage wise.
