I'm doing a full upgrade to semi high end performance system.

I referenced the PSU guide and noticed that the posts are almost a year old. Can I still rely on this information? Particularly the suggest PSU list for Single Video card systems, the OCZ PowerStream 600W and the Turbo-Cool 510 Express? Still kick ass psu's for the 7900GTX?

Reason why because I've been noticing people's wish lists on newegg are getting SeaSonic PSU's...

Both of those psu's are still good. The seasonic s12 is popular because of it's high efficiency and the fact that it's silent.
 
ok, that's cool. works for me. I think I'll go with the OCZ 600W (seems to be the best for it's price range and it also comes with a colored led light!)
