Wanting uber small formfactor here and PSU i need to sort, build is

i7 2600K Stock clocks, turbo is enabled
Zotac Z68
8GB 1600mhz DDR3
Scythe Kozuti
2X OCZ Agilty 3 60GB in RAID 0 (SATA)
1X 3TB 3.5'' drive (SATA)
1X Slimeine dvd/cd/rw (SATA)

Will this PSU be enough or not?

I think it would be fine, but it seems like it would be pushing it... I'd suggest 200w for a safe number.

Just a 95W CPU with two SSDs and one HDD? That Pico PSU will be fine.
