If you don't plan on overclocking (or OC with no voltage adjustment), it should be fine ;)
 
I think it would be fine, but it seems like it would be pushing it... I'd suggest 200w for a safe number.
 
Just a 95W CPU with two SSDs and one HDD? That Pico PSU will be fine.
