Which would you choose?

FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX450-PN 450W

I've posted earlier about building a large disk array, but until I can build a dedicated file server, I need a new PSU for the machine that is tiding me over. It's basically a low-end socket-939 based machine, but currently has five high-capacity hard drives in it. And there's a possibility that I may add up to two more.

The Enermax has a single 12V rail with 33A, but it costs a full 50% more than the FSP with dual 12V@18A rails. I'd really like to save the extra money if it wouldn't be such a bad idea.

If you were buying a PSU for a system with a lot of disks in it on a tight budget, which would you choose?

Either one should be able to power the system just fine. As long as you don't have dual CPUs, a bunch of ram, and a SLI setup you should have pleanty of room with either one.

The Enermax has more +12V output, which is important. The Fortron can out put about 29A.
