I'm a college student and don't have a lot of cash. Currently I'm running off of a budget machine (Celeron 600). However, I was poking around e-bay the other day and noticed that low-end P4 CPU/Motherboard combos are relatively cheap. I'm thinking of getting one of those and swapping out my old Celeron motherboard.

My only concern is my power supply. I'm using a Rhycom 450W power supply with 15A on the +12V rail. Would this be sufficient for my system? Here are the theoretical specs once I've replaced the motherboard:
P4 CPU (between 1.0 and 2.0 GHZ)
2 Hard Drives
2 Optical Drives
32meg video card

Thanks!

if you are really out of money, sell the PSU and buy a 300-350W :)
anyway what you have is more than enough for ur pc
