Here is his specs:

Athlon 2400+ @ 2.15GHz
Soyo Dragon Plus KT266A
1GB Patriot DDR400 @ 2-3-2-5
BFG 7800GSOC @ 505/1.46
120GB, 15GB, DVD, CD-RW

What do you guys think would be the best option for him?
 
You will have to hunt for a PSU with a single +12V rail for his system. PSU's with dual +12V rails are not recommended for his older system due to the fact that no KT266A motherboard has a 4-pin +12V P4 connector, which increases the risk for cross-loading issues and that system can use only one of the two +12V rails of a dual-rail PSU, making for potential PSU failure.
