PSU for 939 setup

I'm deciding on a power supply for a non-SLI, non-overclocked venice 3000 system.

Right now I'm looking at two models by antec:
Smartpower2.0 400W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16817103935
TruepowerII 380W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103927
The truepower has lower overall wattage but more on the 12V rails.

Which one would you recommend? I'm trying to stay around that lovely $60 level.

I wouldn't get the Fortron that KoolDrew is recommending, it is an older ATX12V v1.3 spec PSU. 22A on the +12V isn't all that much these days.

Out of the two posted above, I'd go for the Antec TruePower II. 3% load regulation and lower noise output. More amperage on the +12V too.
