PSU fan and case format.

If a PSU's fan is on top of the unit, can you still place it inside a case which the PCU mount is on the very top? The fan will be blocked by the case ceiling..

What are my options? Could I possibly turn the PSU upside down so its fan faces the bottom of the case towards the mobo?

That psu can be mounted in your case with the fan facing down. It's actually upside down in the pic you posted.
