PSU choice

Hello everybody! I have planned upgrade my desktop PC and these are components:
ASrock h81m-HDS
i3 4170 (3.7GHZ)
HDD WD 500GB 7200 16 etc..
No plan for any graphical card since intel HD 4400 is enough for a rare player like me, just planning to update RAM from 4GB to 12GB

The biggest challenge is PSU!
here is a list of some quality psu i could find in my country http://pcstore.com.al/index.php?dispatch=categories.view&category_id=270
Other brands maybe are just crap (Hipro, Fujitsu Siemens,HP,Dell,I-Rock,Smart,winstar 500W,power tree and some called "ATX" with a red color).
As you can see from the link there is an Coolermaster B600 but there is available another one into the shop B500 version, which cost less and fits better for my PC.
Also i can order something from amazon.de (i will send the item in Austria where my cousin live and on October 8th he will come here in Albania so I can receive through him). So i have this possibility too but I have to kinda hurry up.
SilverStone SST-ST40F-ESB
Antec EA380/430 (earthwatts 380W or 430W)
All these three cost 53-57 Euro.

Can you pls tell me which is the best PSU here? or what should i do? Thanks :D

Honestly with such a modest build almost any PSU would be fine. Now I wouldn't just buy some generic crap but you can get away with pretty much anything. Anything over 500w would be overkill, even if you did add a lowered dedicated graphics card later 500 would still be perfect.

From the site you listed I'd go with the Corsair CX500M or Cooler Master B600 (or B500 you mentioned).

I've had awesome success with Enermax Naxn for modest builds. Something like this one if you can get it would be great. http://www.amazon.de/Enermax-NAXN-B...8&qid=1443741054&sr=8-2&keywords=enermax+naxn

You will only need 8gb of RAM so save some money there. I'll prove that, but I don't wanna have to at the moment. As for the PSU, it isn't modular but it is an awesome unit. Seasonic SS-360GP, their G series unit, not modular but it is 80+ Gold and I just put one in a mini itx build and some zipties made quick work of the cables. And it does currently power an i3 530 with a radeon R9 270 without a flaw. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?i...gclid=COHM8aG4osgCFdYWHwod_0kFSw&gclsrc=aw.ds

Sorry, didn't realize the "available in my country" part. I would take an EVGA unit, or any super flower unit.
