I had a custom made cable since I had a very short run from my PSU to MOBO. The cable was about 20 mm too short. So, year you have to be close.
It is 140mm from the cable top of connector end to end, ideally it will cover 120mm with bends/etc. My cost for the cable was $50 with shipping charges.
