Hi,
I just got a Lian Li v2000 case and I'm wondering what PSU has a long 24/20pin & the 4/8pin line. I got an Enermax Liberty 500 and the 24 & 8 pin cables are really short.

Would the Antec Neopower 480 have long enough cables? I would prefer if it's less than 600W & modular.

Thanks.

The Seasonic's have longer cables (especially the newer ones) but they're not modular.

I don't know much about cable lengths, but I have heard that the Enermax Liberty has longer then average cables.

My OCZ GameXstream 600w has really long cables...but isn't modular. They have a OCZ Modstream 520w which I believe is actually made by Seasonic but I don't know about cable lengths of that one.

How long of cables are you looking for and for what system?

The Liberty 24/20 & 4/8pin power cables are about 1ft. It barely goes through the hole in the v2000 to reach the motherboard compartment. Something around 1.5ft - 2ft should be good for the current & future systems.

The board I have right now is the Abit NF7-S v2.0.

The 20/24pin & 4/8 connector is towards the end of the case, near the CPU socket.

The other cables are long enough though(HD,optical...etc).

Thanks

I've been looking at PSU's and due to having an Antec P180 with the PSU compartment at the bottom, long cables are what I need as well... it would seem that the SilverStone ST60F modular has long cables, though I don't believe I've seen actual lengths listed anywhere. At any rate, worth checking out :)
