I'm in the process of upgrading my rig and could use some PSU advice. My plan is to go with the I7 920 with a 5850 graphics card. I would like to go with a modular PSU ( if possible) and I'm hoping to stay in the 75-150$ range. Also, futureproofing for a Crossfire setup would also appeal to me.

Seasonic S12

CrossFire:

Corsair 850HX
Seasonic M12D 850W

The Seasonic M12D for $140 is the best deal of the above.
