PS3 Revisions?

I've wanted a PS3 for quite sometime now but I really don't like to buy 1st gen hardware and am glad that I waited but keeping track of all these changes and models is confusing!

So the next thing thats changing is the dualshock 3 controller? With the whole HD format war winding down, I think that when the DS3 controller comes bundled I'm gonna jump on one.

What else is in the forecast for changes for the PS3?
 
That's really it for hw changes. DS3 bundles starting in June. Probably a price drop later this year. The white PS3 may come out in N. America eventually.
