PS3 / HDMI

I tried to google this to find an answer and couldnt find anything.

Currently I have a 30" Sony HDTV and it only has 1 HDMI input which is used for my digital cable box. How do I go about connecting the ps3 to the tv via HDMI when it only has 1 input? Is there some sort of splitter or adapter?

edit: nevermind i found it....had to use the term "HDMI splitter". in any case....these splitters are actual boxes and cost in the upwards of $250? Is that right, or can they be found for cheaper?

i would think that price would be quite understandable as the HDMI cables themselves are very expensive.
